STRANGE STAGE MAGIC

Holy shit! Absolutely stunning sir!!! My mind is blown!!

“I tried this out at a private event the other day where I just did Q+A and it absolutely slayed”

Chris' creations are the greatest blend of wonderfully creepy and beautifully crafted. I highly recommend them for the bizarrely minded!

“The prop looks incredible! I have been redesigning the studio today and have put your beautiful billet box in pride of place for the world to see!”

"During the pandemic, Darren Woolf and I started writing my 7th one-man theatre show "Singularity". We had the basic theme arranged and were starting to write the routines themselves when we came upon Chris's Carney box. We looked at each other and started to decide what we would be taking out of the show to accommodate this excellent piece of craftsmanship. The only issue was we then saw some of Chris's other work... We now refer to the show as Singularity 2..."

I’ve had the pleasure to work with some VERY nice folks who are excellent builders of custom props, effects, and gaffs (a call-out to Marc Charrise, and Jeremy from The Hanrahan Gaff Company as examples of true professionals and consistently helpful people) --- and Chris Mallon is now on that list. He was quick to respond to questions, upfront, expedient, honest --- and obviously extremely talented as a builder.

“I fall in love with every new prop/piece Chris shows me and can see how, why and where I’d use it in a performance”

Not just unique pieces but masterpieces! Everything is hand made with meticulous attention to each and every detail!

I have purchased several effects from Chris this year, all have been excellent quality and are brilliant effects. It has been a pleasure dealing with Chris who went out of his way offering help, giving advice and support. A good honest professional dealer, in fact a breath of fresh air.

I just wanted to say how impressed with the Titanic Seance kit I am. This level of thoughtfulness, level of detail and comprehensiveness is astonishing. It's an absolute thing of beauty dude. Steve H and myself had a morning of writing and to say it's inspiring is a huge understatement!
